care a avut ca scop instruirea unor facilitatori în cadrul Campaniei de

„Nimeni nu e singur pe pământ” Sesiune de instruire pentru 12 reprezentanţi
ai asociaţiilor diasporale in Italia
Pe data de 30, 31 martie şi 1 aprilie la Bologna s-a desfăşurat un seminar
formativ cu scopul de a instrui 12 facilitatori pentru Campania de informare
şi de sensibilizare „Nimeni nu e singur pe pământ”.
Campania, care face parte din
proiectul „Abordarea efectelor negative ale migraţiei asupra minorilor şi
familiilor rămase în ţară” finanţat de Comisia Europeană şi cofinanţat de
Ministerul Muncii şi Politicilor Sociale al Italiei, este implementată de
către Organizaţia Internaţională pentru Migraţie din Moldova. Obiectivul
Campaniei este de a informa cetăţenii moldoveni din Italia cu privire la
oportunităţile, soluţiile existente şi serviciile disponibile pentru
diminuarea efectelor negative ale migraţiei asupra minorilor şi familiilor
migranţilor moldoveni. În cadrul acesteia se vor organiza pentru migranţii
moldoveni în 9 oraşe ale Italiei turnee de vizionare a spectacolului „Oameni ai
nimănui” de D. Crudu. De asemenena, în timpul întâlnirilor cu diaspora, vor fi
distribuite materiale informative: ghidul pentru părinţi-migranţi, ghidul
pentru orientarea şi integrarea socială a moldovenilor în Italia, ghidul
pentru îngrijitori responsabili de copii, precum şi alte materiale despre
servicii aduse în cadrul proiectului atât pentru migranţii din Italia, cât şi
pentru copiii şi familiile lor de acasă. În cadrul seminarului formativ
reprezentanţi din partea echipei Organizaţiei Internaţionale pentru Migraţie
din Chişinau au instruit şi au dat suport informativ celor 12 reprezentanţi ai
asociaţiilor diasporei, pentru a-i pregăti pentru facilitarea întâlnirilor cu
migranţii în cadrul vizionării spectacolului.
Perioada de implementare a campaniei vor fi lunile mai - iunie şi
septembrie - octombrie 2012. Întâlniri de vizionare a spectacolului şi discuţii
facilitate cu migranţii înainte şi după vizionare se vor organiza în oraşele
Mestre, Rovigo, Reggio Emilia, Padova, Torino, Treviso, Brescia, Bologna şi
Roma.

During 30 March – 1 April 2012, 12 leaders of Moldovan Diaspora Associations
established in Italy gathered in Bologna to participate in a training of
trainers, organized by the International Organization for Migration, Mission to
Moldova. The training meant to enable participants to successfully organize and
implement the forthcoming awareness raising campaign for Moldovan migrants in
Italy entitled “Nobody is
alone on the earth”.
During the training, the 12 Diaspora representatives
learned how to facilitate discussions with their fellow migrants, correctly
communicate the message of the campaign, work with awareness raising materials,
promote the
campaign and organize the event in their cities.“This campaign is an important step forward. It
takes our work with Diaspora Associations in Italy to a new level, leading to
their consolidation, empowerment and better cooperation. Before, all projects
and initiatives in the field of migration were mainly organized in Moldova, for
Moldovan citizens. Now, however, the situation has changed and we are glad to
see that there are more initiatives for Moldovan migrants in Italy. We see
that someone cares about us and this encourages us to continue improving the

Italy represents the main destination country for
Moldovan migrants in Europe, hosting more than 131 000 of them. The “Nobody is
alone on the earth” campaign aims at building bridges between the countries of
origin and destination. Thus, it will address the needs of and offer
opportunities to thousands of Moldovan citizens who have
left their homes and families in search of a
better life abroad. The first of its kind, the campaign has an original
artistic approach, based on the “Abandoned People” theatre play, written by
Dumitru Crudu. Inspired by life stories of Moldovan migrants living and
working in Italy the play reveals the risks and dangers of irregular migration
and its negative consequences for migrants and their families.
The campaign will be organized and carried out with
the direct support of Moldovan Diaspora Associations in nine Italian cities
with the highest concentration of Moldovan migrants: Mestre, Padova, Treviso, Rovigo, Reggio Emilia,
Bologna, Brescia, Torino and Roma. The campaign
will be implemented during six months, being launched in Mestre on the 6th of
May and closed in Rome in early October 2012. Every screening of the
“Abandoned People” play will be followed by
discussions with the audience, facilitated by the training participants. This
will provide the opportunity to Moldovan migrants to express their views and
concerns, as well as receive reliable information regarding the legal,
social, psychological, economic and cultural aspects of their stay in Italy.
The campaign will be implemented within the “Addressing the negative effects of migration on
minors and families left behind” project,
funded by the European Union, co- funded and implemented by the Ministry of
Labour and Social Policies of Italy in partnership with the Ministry of Labour,
Social Protection and Family of the Republic of Moldova and the International
Organization for Migration, Mission to Moldova.
